2023 年達歐酒莊這款紅酒呈現濃郁的黑色果實與可可、濃郁咖啡氣息，伴隨些許雪茄盒式的杉木與香草烘焙香。入口飽滿，果核與藍黑莓味道集中，單寧結實但經過拋光處理，酸度支撐整體節奏，尾韻綿長帶些香料與焦糖餘味。酒莊以山坡與高地葡萄園為主，土壤排水良好、日夜溫差大，使果實成熟集中而保有明晰風味。釀造上採分批小量發酵與橡木桶陳放，重視層次與均衡。醒酒約一小時可更顯層次，建議搭配烤牛排、羊排或濃味燉煮料理，口感更為迷人。

A bold, concentrated Paso Robles red from DAOU's 2023 vintage. Aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry and dark cherry open to layers of dark chocolate, espresso and cedar, with vanilla and baking spice from oak. On the palate it shows a dense core of ripe dark fruit, firm yet polished tannins and a ripe acidity that keeps the wine balanced; oak is well integrated, lending savory and spice notes through a long, lingering finish. Estate-grown fruit from mountain vineyards delivers intensity and clarity; fermented in small lots and matured in French oak, the wine rewards a good hour of decanting and pairs beautifully with roasted or grilled red meats and robust, spiced dishes. Serve near 16–18°C. Drinking window: 2025–2027.
